1.2The capacitor’s capacitance and Dissipation factor after voltage tested may not test before the capacitor is stored for 24 hours after voltage test. The capacitor must be discharge between leads before test, or else voltage of remainder attaint test apparatus.

Space between clamps for test apparatus output must meet standardor else flashover will be happened between two leads if space is too small.
